Wow that is fascinating.
Watching the dogs react to the dogs falling is interesting, the Tri Sheltie is watching the ladies hand for direction right till she hits the floor then he looks at her face.
Oh that poor Collie on the A frame, and ow the Terv landing on his face!Poor poor Collie at 9mins 25!
Its interesting how not one of those dogs whose owners had fallen carried on with the handler, where as if you had just slowed or stopped alot would have taken at least the next obstacle in front of them,as they are travelling at such speed.
I LOVE watching the running contacts in slow mo,love it.
So aside from the ouchie bits I loved watching that, and it has given me a greater appreciation for just how much our dogs are watching us while we run a course.
I love agility!!

Have you seen the video of this year's World Winner of medium class?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVn8U_AVDM4&feature=related

The guy ran BAREFOOT, fell TWICE - in the first fall his shoulder popped out of the socket, but he continued and he still WON. Now that's AMAZING :) As soon as he went off the course, the ambulance took him to the hospital...

Not falling is always a personal goal. I did get taken out at the knee a few weeks ago by a friend's aussie I was running in a run through. Apparently, unlike the bullies, if you're in the way, they don't watch out for you. Thank goodness for good rubber padding on the floor.
