Temperament - venting

Wow I just seen this... I haven't frequented the forum in so long, but this is very true.

I work for the local shelter and our local Pit rescues pull the blue dogs as soon as their stray hold is up. No temperament testing, nothing. And there are 2-3 red, black or brindle dogs with stellar temperaments that have been waiting for months. It doesn't make sense to me.
