Anyone in Onslow CO?

Anyone in Onslow County? I had a former adopted dog surrendered to the Onslow Co Shelter. It appears as though the person who adopted the dog from me gave it away, then it was given away & given away, then into the care of two young marines who went on assignment and left the dog without care. I'd love to get her back.

If anyone is in Onslow and can help with this, I would appreciate it. The dog needs to get to Raleigh NC or Greenville NC if I can make arrangements.
