It was a hit..

Its not a cake but the trainers at puppy class gave us this recipe for liver brownies

1lb liver
2 TBSP Garlic granules
1 TBSP Onion Powder (optional) they use artifical onion powder
2 Eggs
Rolled Oats (not the quick kind)

Puree Liver in food processor
Add Garlic, onion powder and 2 eggs
Puree untill well mixed
In large bowl combine mixture and about 5-6 cups of rolled oats
Mix untill oats are well moistened.
Turn out onto large well greased cooke sheet.
Press down and outward toward edges till mixture is evenly spread over enture cookie sheet
Make sure corners are filled well
Bake in 300F oven for approx 15-20 min or untill mix is well set and doesnt come apart (brownies are done when it begins to pull away from edges of the cookie sheet)
Cut into squares while still warm, loosen from sheet and store in freezer bags..

Havent tried em yet cause we just got it last night.
