Need good thoughts

Postby L Boogie » Thu Dec 11, 2008 9:33 pm

I'm starting to get a little freaked out...

Lexus started vomiting at 2 am.

She threw up again right after breakfast.

She pooped, but it was soft-serve.

She threw up again while I was grocery shopping.

She pooped again, this time loose and a huge, weird one. Looked like she ate paper towels or pantyhose or something.

Skipped her dinner, decided to fast her for the next 24 hours.

She squatted again, a little liquid came out, but mostly straining with little result.

I fed the other two, and she is giving the worst starving face she can conjure up.

I'm really worried this could be a blockage. If she is still having problems tomorrow, we're going straight to the vet.

I really can't afford a major doggie health problem right now...but I have credit cards and I'll do what I have to do...

I need some good thoughts for her...I really hope this is just a bug. :frown:

Thanks...it was an uneventful night...no vomiting or poop. I skipped her breakfast this morning, and I'm going to make her some rice for dinner tonight.

She didn't poop this morning which was strange (she poops like clockwork), but I guess it's because she hasn't eaten since yesterday.

I reluctantly poked around in the weird poo pile from yesterday, and sure enough, that damn dog ate a pair of pantyhose.

Hopefully that was all she ate. She still hasn't pooped today. We'll see if she holds down her dinner.

She held down her dinner last night and got a full breakfast this morning without throwing up...she still hasn't pooped yet though.
