Whey Protein.

This is just a question that Aaron and I have been asking each other about. We're not offering it to the dogs.

But if its straight up prtein would it be harmful to a dog if you put a small amount in their food?

And speaking of prtein, what is a good source that can be given to a dog that will be okay and safe?

If you want to up their protein intake, why are you thinking of whey protein rather than, say, a higher protein food, meat, cottage cheese, etc?

Iam thinking about looking at a different kind of Yimber Wolf Organics food that has more protein, but since we where just wondering I thought I'd ask any ways. I'm bot giving it to them.

Cottage chesse works?

what about steak or fish? there are many other protein sources out there that are way more than whey protein and such. whey protein is just more conveinent for body builders or people who go to the gym. a protein shake would replace a meal...thus not for the dog. i dont think it would harm them but i dont think it would do any positive either.
