I use it on my hands, Someone told me they actually took 10 years off them, for they were looking pretty rough.
I use it a bit in my hair , but a tiny bit goes a long way ...but helps control the dry frizzies post blow drying.
I stir it into my vanilla yogurt , it taste good!
But cant tell you if it did anything but make my mouth happy.

So.. it seems not to be too bad,..I too read tons of "Good" about it.

I think this same article was in the WDJ a couple years ago (2005ish) and I was pretty amazed at the different uses and benefits!

I have bought one or two jars over the years to give to Booker and use myself; the jars here are roughly $12-$15 for a jar about the size of a normal peanut butter jar. I put it on Booker's paws when he had rusty-yeasty junk between his toes (I also changed his diet!) and gave it to him to eat (he loves the taste) for the other health benefits, I rubbed it on his heels and elbows (he has bald callouses-- it didn't regrow hair but the skin got softer and doesn't scab up anymore), etc.

Hannah has been getting about 2 tablespoons in her dinner every night for about 3 months. Her coat is super shiny and soft, no dog breath, no dog smell, she never has digestive issues and she does not scratch herself.

I will be using this stuff FOREVER! Here's where I order from...54 ounces shipped for less than $30 and it lasts just about 3 months.

Enjoy!!

I love it. I use it to cook with myself, I occasionally give a blob to the dog and the cats, I use it to moisturize my hands and feet (and it even helps the rough spots I get on my leash hand from SOMEONE wanting to do the agility course before it's his turn). Shiny coats all around!

I use it on and off when I remember to buy it. Add it to Tiny's food to help with her diabetes. Can't say I've seen some miracle improvement from it, but I'm sure it can't hurt.

I love coconut oil, I put it in the kids food... they will eat it when its in the solid form no problem, or you can melt it and add it on top.

after a bath I rub it on Popees fur and Paiges skin, it keeps them moisturized and shiny.

I use it too for my hair and sometimes my hands or face... its really good stuff, I love it!

There was another thread similar to this.

Anyway....yes I use it for Khan. He gets it in his food. I also use it for cuts and scrapes he gets.
