24/7 even in the crate even though Gren is 7 months he hasnt had an accident in about 2 months.

We go for walks daily, twice preferably if it is nice outside, if it's cold or rainy he refuses to go.

Riddle has access to water 24/7, crated or uncrated. She had a few accidents as a pup, but that's just part of puppyhood.

Constant access to water 24/7... we don't crate our dogs anymore as they are reliable enough not to eat the furniture, they each have their own bedroom while we're away. They have one large bowl downstairs that gets filled once a day, and a smaller bowl in each of their rooms that they usually need filled once a day.

They go out for potty breaks about 4 times a day, and get walked once a day with another playtime in the yard sometime in the afternoon.

all day except when crated (2-3 hrs a day).

Your dog may be having accidents because he is not used to having free access to water.
