Umm...ear cleaning problem

Postby El Jefe » Mon Apr 27, 2009 11:09 am

So Colt's ear was very yeasty inside today and I was cleaning it out with a q-tip. As I pulled the last one out, the head got lodged in his ear. It is pretty far down there and I can't see it with a flashlight. Will it work its way out or do I need to take him to a vet?

Alright thanks. I'll take him to the vet today.

I took him to the vet and they didn't find the cotton end in his ear, so he must have dislodged it himself. He gained 2 lbs since his last visit in Jan and the vet commented on how good his coat looked, so he is super healthy minus the allergies.
