I chose wouldn't matter. My dogs are always outdoors and we do a ton of hiking and climbing, while I wish they wouldn't, I'm sure they do, and I bet drinking out of puddles isn't the worst of what they consume.

I try to not allow them to drink from the puddles but I am often too late.

We have a ton of giardia around here and I dont want to have treat the whole house again.......wasnt fun.

I try to avoid it but sometimes its difficult when the dogs are on the trail.
The toilet also, I dont like it but sometimes they do

No, but Khan wouldn't even try. He avoids puddles...as well as rain, sprinklers, etc....you get the picture lol

Not usually, although he'll sneak when I'm not looking.


I do let him drink from creeks and streams, but I steer him towards the water right where it's running over rocks.

i try not to let them drink out of puddle, but they love to. tho its only the puddles in the backyard, where we don't spray or anything.

Whenever it rains we end up with puddles in our yard and every potty break Nandy & Katy try to drink from them. We tell them 'no' and tend to limit yard time until the puddles are gone.

Nandy will even lick the wet concrete...they get plenty of water in the house & she has no health issues other than being a water junkie roflmao
