Mitacide just means something that kills mites. So any mange treatment would be a mitacide.
Anyway glad your dog is all better.

I called the vet to ask for the name thats what the lady on the phone said. It worked fast and it done the trick.

Google that ish!!!!!!!!!!

It is normal for demodex to take 2-3 MONTHS to resolve... Ivermectin is by far the best treatment. See if your vet offers payment plans like care credit, but you haven't given this treatment nearly enough time to work.

EDIT: Sorry, didn't see this was an old post... even so, this is a tough disease to treat.

Treatment is LONG. I have 7 demo pups right now, all in varying stages of treatment.
