Depends on what you want to feed honestly. I belive the wilderness is higher protein than the fish and potato. Blue buffalo in general is good food so you can't go wrong there. Wilderness is geared toward higher energy dogs ( says on their website) eg: working , athletic dogs. Its a bit higher protein (42%) than I would feed for my dog, because she doesnt need it. Most 'house dogs' dont need high protein, but It depends on what your dog does.

The fish and potato has some grains and is lower protein ( 22 %) and is a good food especially as a allergy food ( unique protein source) especially if your dog does not have grain issues/ allergies. The aafco standards say protein levels in the 20 percentage is good for an average active house dog. of course you want higher for more active / working / athlete dogs. (30 % +)

It also depends on the dog, but Ive noticed with my puppy higher protein = more gas. Just depends though ;)

You cant go wrong either way. I say if our dog is doing well on what you're feeding, stick with that. Since its quite a difference protein and fat wise, if you do switch, switch slowly.

http://www.bluebuff.com is their website.. gives a bit more info.

hope it helps!
