Hm...I'd definitely do something, try the allergen free diet and then perhaps wipe his feet when he comes in from outside??
They look sore :(

Hmm... your pup is gonna need an antifungal bath twice weekly or an antifungal wipe twice daily... those feet look pretty rough...

Is he chewing at them a lot?

No, surprisingly, he is not fussing with them at all. And he is usually such a WIMP! The only reason I noticed this was because he bopped me in the nose when we were wrestling and there was this smell. I checked it out and freaked!

I had asked the vet about the callouses on his feet when we first took him in and they said they looked like they could be scarring from an reaction to something, such as urine burns or feces burns.

I didn't read any of the replies (due to being here with Ivy, see my other thread) but my dog has yeasty paws and a bad yeasty ear. I put monistat in his paws and that has cleared them up. I have been dealing with it for a year with shampoos and stuff and it wasn't working and well, I got uh, yeasty myself and had an idea. I also put probiotics on his food and that seems to help him.
