If she's eating it and seems to do well, why would you want to switch back?

Everyones opinion is going to be different, but I would buy another bag of blue. If it all gets eaten up really well, then it would be worth it to take a loss on the food than to try and make your dog eat some food it really doesnt like. If it would make you feel any better donate the rest of the food you have to a shelter. Any shelter that needs help will not turn down food.

I would mix it together until it was gone.

I second this, unless you have a friend that might be interested in it. The shelter is a good idea, but where I live (and what I've heard from others) they won't take opened bags of food.
