I feel bad for not noticing all the issues sooner. My new dog seems night blind. At first we just thought he was a chicken and afraid of new sounds and places, due to his past. However the other night we noticed that his eyes do not reflect correctly to light at night. His eyes also look blood shot all the time.
Has anyone encountered something similar before? I know this is a serious problem for a vet but in 26 years I have never seen anything like this and have always taken a dogs eyes reflecting at night for granted.

He needs to be seen by a vet, and if the vet doesn't know exactly whats going on, he should probably see a specialist then... and as quickly as possible.
I can't tell you what could possibly be going on, the list is a mile long...
