Let us know what the path results are. Awesome of your vet to do everything right then and let you be so involved, I really like that!

Dashie-bubs just had some visitors so he is all tuckered out. My brother in-law and his wife are in town for a visit and Dashie said hi to them and brought out some of his toys for show and tell. They loved him, as everyone does, and I think the feeling was mutual.

His incision does not slow him down one bit. I used a medicinal chinese herb that stops bleeding and promotes rapid healing and his stitches look like they are two weeks old already. No antibiotics or dressings so far since he's not peeing on himself. I love having access to this stuff, (my wife is in her last year of grad school for acupuncture and Tradition Chinese Medicine.) Anyways, here are some pics from yesterday and today. Sorry for the messed up lighting, it is really sunny outside.

cytology should be back from Cornell in a few days.

Sleepy but happy:)

Such a happy guy!! I love his floppy ear in the first picture and the "speed tail".

Waiting to hear about the results, please let us know as soon as you have them.
I am not surprised that he could not care less about the whole thing, he is such an easy going dog. Tell him that Zoey still thinks about him and hope for the best.

Dash says a spastic hello to Zoey and family :hi

He started scratching his stitches last night so I had to come up with something on the fly. I used a worn out pair of my favorite kind of Smartwool socks, the super lightweight ankle-high biking socks, and cut off the tip and tied some pieces of a ripped up shirt and vet wrap to make straps. After a few clicks and treats, Dashie-baby was holding his little foot up so I could slide on his new arm sleeve. He seems to like it. I think it is stylish and functional and he has two so he can pee on one and he will have a backup while i wash the pee off. The first picture is right after I made the first one. As you can see, he is wearing his cute "buccaneer hat" and I have him interacting with his wobbling target so I can get a picture and he still won't sit still:) The pink one is his daytime sleeve. So far they are working great. No word yet on the tumor.

Thanks guys

Dashie-Lumpkin's lump is benign :yipee: Histiocytoma and edges were clean. He will probably have more but at least this one is over with.

I was going to comment on the pink...LOL but it does coordinate nicely with his coat. Hooray for bening!!!! I didn't realize that hysticytomas could be under the skin... Ruby had a typical red one on her foot that went away in the 3 months that were predicted.
