I would skip the Blue Buffalo, I have heard of a lot of dogs getting sick on it lately. Maybe try California Natural, and like Misskiwi said, try to get her to stop licking them, which may be easier said than done.

Thats a start, but not nearly good enough. Every bit of moisture feeds the bacteria and yeast on her skin.

Put an e-collar on her if you have to, but NO, NONE, ZERO licking.

If she's really that miserable she should be put on a short course of steroids for the itch and also have any secondary infections treated with oral medications if severe or shampoos if mild.

I have fed my Maddie , as she has allergies, Blue Buffalo Basic Salmon and Potato. We love it and it really helps Maddie. She isn't licking or red at all. I'd recommend it to others 100%

Yeah wiping her feet down could help, I use tea tree oil spray for brie and baby wipes, you can try soaking feet in acv and water too

Be careful with the tea tree oil, in case you didn't know to dilute it:

"External application of tea tree oil undiluted and/or at inappropriate high doses has been associated with toxicity, including death, in cats and other animals, due to ingestion during grooming."

yah it takes a lot of tea tree oil to be poisonous though (something like a few tablespoons, which is a lot for an essential oil!), i dilute my own, and only use a couple of drops!
ACV and water is my fave I would avoid food with potato and sweet potato incase its a yeast issue. And add some probiotics.
