It is the same supporting bandaging she will come out of surgery with, for the two weeks post op. They did it for her so that she would not be uncomfortable til the day she was scheduled for euthanasia. She had the same "cast" after her first surgery:

Paypal doesn't charge any use fees if you mark it as a "gift."
