If it weren't for "last chances" I wouldn't have my dog. She was a day away from getting the needle when I stepped up and said "yes" to one last ditch cry for help. So I'm all for last chances, regardless of if ultimately it works or not.

(She's so happy in that Video, it took everything I had not to start bawling, amazing how that support cast is helping so much.)

Dr. Steve Anderson is the vet who'll do the surgery .She is under Zoey "Foster".I am bringing her in tomorrow morning and she should be able to be operated on in the afternoon.Zoey wants to thank everyone, whether it is nice words her way or else.

She's so happy in that Video, it took everything I had not to start bawling, amazing how that support cast is helping so much.

It is the same supporting bandaging she will come out of surgery with, for the two weeks post op. They did it for her so that she would not be uncomfortable til the day she was scheduled for euthanasia. She had the same "cast" after her first surgery:
