Allergic reaction to Advantage

We treated Buddy recently with Advanatage maybe a couple of weeks ago and tonight I noticed when I was trying to brush him that his whole back end seems to have a rash. From the base of his tail up. I am thinking he is having an allergic reaction to the advantage but could it be possible after a few weeks that the symptoms would still be there? Is there anything we can do?

I would bathe him and then dry him well. Have him check by your vet and report it to the company (maybe they'll reimburse you for your visit?)

Most allergic reactions occur within 48 hours of application. I would be surprised if this is an allergic reaction, but it is possible I suppose.
