Immune system supplements?

Are there brands anyone is familiar with, have used, or would suggest?

With Shay's cancer it was reccommened to use Echinacea Goldenseal . She is still maintaining, so I think these have really helped her. I use regualr people ones.

We have been using Dr. Jones' supplements http://www.thedogsupplement.com/index.php for our foster cats that have feline herpes - we tried multiple medications and a couple other supplements before this was suggested to us and these cats had been quite ill with symptoms for 6 months in my rescue's 1st foster home and then continued when I moved them to my home, so after a couple months of trying to fight it in my own home (knowing for certain that they were given all their medications as directed and continual vet follow ups) we bought them this Dr. Jones supplements and within about 6 weeks symptoms were 90-99% gone (between the 3 cats). A couple months more and they were all at about 99% symptom free and that has maintained for the last 5 months. It's expensive but I would HIGHLY recommend it.

Just picked Honest Kitchen Invigor for Cherry a couple days ago. Seems like a great product, I'll have to wait a few weeks to see if she shows any improvement. I'm really hoping it will help boost her immune system and she won't be so allergic to everything. She also gets Vit C every morning, just the human kind from Walgreens.

I give both my girls a probiotic powder with every meal. They also get Pet Kelp in the antioxidant formula. I really love the Pet Kelp since there are no added chemicals or anything that you would find with pills. Specifically the plastic type casing most pills come in now. It's literally kelp (which is chock full of minerals) and blueberries for antioxidants.

I love it. It's easy to feed. No worrying about hiding pills in cheese or anything. Just mix it with some water and add it to the kibble. My two eat it with no fuss.

Not exactly an immune booster but works in about the same way. Helps defend against some nasty diseases and all that jazz.

Thanks everyone.All dogs here already get probiotics, kelp and other supplements, but with Sneaky's latest issues and I was looking to add something to specifically boost her immune system.There many products on the market and I have used a couple before but can't say much about them, one way or the other.

I use The Honest Kitchen's "Invigor" supplement as well. I have even been giving it to the kittens I am bottle feeding =)

No, but holy crap that is expensive. I know no amount of money is too much for pet care but you can get the same ingredients at a natural health store or in a less expensive form.

To pay that kind of money, I would go with something with an actual track record that is available through holistic vets.

Riddle is on a variety of SP products for different issues, and I love them. The Feline Renal has done wonders keeping my borderline renal disease kitty in good health as well.

There's also mushroom supplements like this:
