Even if she was only getting one pill and it was temporary I wouldn't force her. I'd rather make it a pleasant experience seeing as she's on a half dozen meds two-three times per day.
It doesn't feel like we're forcing her because we're not man handling her or being rough. She's a champ at it, and otherwise we wouldn't get her to take the pills...no matter what we put them in, she'll spit the pill back out. Trooper however, sometimes we can trick into just eating the pill-especially if we toss it to him.
