Is this a tick bite??!?

I was giving Greta belly rubs just now and found three red welts on her underside. They all look like bug bites (raised area with a spot in the middle) but one in particular has me worried because it has a ring around it. I use K-9 Advantix and have never had problems with ticks (granted, I lived in town until 8 months ago, but she made frequent visits to my parents' rural home and other friends' farms where she played in wooded areas) but this one scares me. The one to the left is the one I'm worried about - the other is to the right and out of focus. It's lighter in color, more pink than red, but it doesn't have the ring that the other has.

Should I take her to the vet?

I should add that I know my area is high in wood ticks; I've found them on myself. But I've never found a deer tick, which I know are the lyme-disease spreading variety. I guess I don't even know if lyme disease affects dogs? ahhhhh!

lyme disease most definately affects dogs, one of my dogs died from kidney failure due to lyme disease. there are a lot more diseasses from ticks too, so you might want to check into so form of tick deterrent

they do like like a bug bite of some type, not sure of what though.

update: the vet thought they were spider bites. two of them were faded this morning (including the one I was concerned about) but the one by her front leg was swelled and inflamed. He gave her an anti-inflammatory shot and said to get some Benadryl if that was not helping. He also recommended a bug repellent called Vector, but said since he couldn't be sure what bit her, that it may or may not prevent these bites. I thought about bombing the house next week when we're gone for a few days, but I haven't been bothered by any spider bites so I'm wondering if it's happening when she's out rolling around in the yard, as opposed to in the house.
