Hip Dypslasia funding organization

Has anyone heard of this organization before?

My pitbull Thunder has hip dysplasia and I am looking into sending in an application. He currently takes canine aspirin for inflammation and pain and glucosamine and chondroitin.

I'm hoping with my tax return and some help I can do this. He is only 6 years old and his symptoms started a year ago.
