No more heat spots and rashes!

I wish pitties weren't so prone to skin issues, but alas, they are.

I just want to share my experience with what has worked for me with my little guy. Gunnar is 4 months old and shortly after I got him, he developed an awful red rash on his under belly and in his armpits. His hind legs were horribly itchy though he had no fleas...he was always gnawing on them :crybaby:

Here's what I did, and now his little belly is cute and white again, and he doesn't itch!

Itchy spray:
1 cup green tea
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups water
10 drops lavender essential oil

Oatmeal soap:
1 cup oatmeal flour (blend oatmeal in a blender until powdery)
1/2 cup baking soda
Enough water to make it thin enough to pour
1/2 cup Lavender Pure Castile Soap

After using the soap just once, his red rash turned dark and then disappeared completely after a couple days. This might not work for everyone, but it sure worked for me!

**If your pup's skin is really bad, too much apple cider vinegar will burn, so just use your best judgment**

Let me know if this works for you, or what other methods you've used to help sooth your itchy puppies
