don't rush it, Molly took a long time to get to where she looked forward to feeding time. Now if you mention it to her, she runs in the kitchen and sits next to her dish. I tried everything from crock pot chicken to this and that, it all worked for a day or two then it was the same old game. Now it's on at grocery time!!

This is the whole problem. He KNOWS if he doesn't eat what you gave him, you'll give him something better. He has YOU trained! You are making him a picky eater. Put his dry food down for 15 minutes, and if he doesn't eat it, take it away until the next meal. Do the same thing over- take it away if he doesn't eat it. During this time, NO treats or people food. I bet he doesn't miss more than a meal or 2 before he learns that's all he's getting.
