why do dogs heavy breath my girl frinds akita/schow mix heavy breaths like if she was dieing and she starts whiening and it get me frustrated that i try to give her water and she doesnt take it i try to calm her down and play with her but she doesnt wanna play and i try everything but nothing workin can anyone help

i dont thinik so its a akita/chow mix and we have a pug so i know the pug has it and the big one just breathes like that when my mother in law leaves the house its her dog and the dog is very attached to her rso every timne she goes out the dog sadie breathes heavy and drolles alot
