7 month old puppy peeing in sleep?

I have a 7 month old female. She is house trained, fixed, and has all shots. Vet says no blader infection. She will be dead asleep and just pee. It will happen during the day while napping on by bed
She does it a couple times a week.
Could it just be her age?
I was feeding her the solid gold puppy, now feeding "From"
Going to try Timberwolf next. She's been pretty ichey on the From.

Try picking up her water dish at about 6:00, that worked for Ruby. Of course, you have to leave it out if it is very hot out or you have been playing, but she leaks FAR less when I make sure she doens't drink in the evenings.

It's not a night time issue, usually happens during the day.
I just switched to Breeder's Choice AvoDerm Puppy Formula tonight because I've noticed she's been ichey and shedding a lot lately. I'm wondering if it's like a food allergy because it just started getting bad the past week and I started using the From food (stupied name) like a week ago.
If that doesn't woek I'll try the herbal stuff.

Could be incontinence. The vet should be able to tell you if it is.

She already mentioned that. Said is usually seen in older dogs. Said if she put her on meds now she'd be on them for life. So I'm looking to find another way.
