Is that a rehab pool just for dogs
Yeah, it was designed with the arthritic and dysplatic canine in mind--it's only 4 feet deep all around, and it has a very gently sloping ramp so the dog can ease into the water at his/her own pace. And there is a low wall so you can do your laps on a long lead all around the pool during the actual therapy part of the session.
Only problem is that it's not at a vet clinic, it's at a pet grooming place, so there are no rehab specialists to work with you--you have to get directions from your vet and work on the exercises yourself. But the upside to that is the price is much lower than if I used my vet's rehab pool--$75 per half hour at my vet vs. $15 per 15 minutes at this place.
So the price is right, it's clean, it's big, and it gets the job done. I'm so happy I discovered it!
