Unequal pupils - is one "blown" and not constricting??
That's quite serious.
he had a vet visit schedualed for bumps on his back that he has had for like 2 weeks
no one is dilated and constricting normally the other is really small like when you shine a light on it
Your dog could have a neurological problem such as swelling in the brain may cause uneven pupils. A viral infection may cause the changes that you are seeing in your dog. I would go to the Emer. Vet ASAP!

Can you call the e-vet and see if they think it is an emergency?
Personally I'd probably take my dog in. Doesn't sound right at all.
Dilating and not constricting is a sign of concussion.
I had a dog who was hit by a car when I was much younger and she had a "blown" pupil and concussion.
Either way it's serious however, the constricted pupil and vomiting sound quite serious
