demo-dog wrote:Y'know I actually carry a pair of Neuticles around with me on my keychain, to make me feel a little more secure about the fact that both my dogs are neutered. I also made a nice belt out of dozens of neuticles that I sprayed black, and of course I fashioned a nice sweatband out of neuticles to wear in the summer time to keep my perspiration from my head off my face.

I gotta tell you, I feel great, I look great and nobody bothers me anymore or makes fun of me for having two neutered male Pit Bulls. Sure the guys at the gym look at me a bit strangely, but I just don't feel comfortable neutering my dogs without compensating for the loss.

It's also fun to poke them in the eyes with sticks.

(You know I'm kidding, right?)

It's hilarious to hear a bunch of women give their take on this subject! roflmao roflmao roflmao roflmao roflmao roflmao roflmao

As a man, I've never understood what the big deal is. I've owned intact and neuted, no biggie either way!

However, as a responsible owner that has no intent of breeding, I say why keep the poor boy intact if he ain't gonna get some? There's no logical reason for it. IMHO, keeping an intact dog and not allowing to breed is akin to animal cruelty!

Anyway, keep it up girls, I haven't laugh so much in years!
Pun not Intended!

If I were neutering an adult male, I'd probably consider the neuticles (if I had that much superfluous cash) just because the thought of an empty flapper swinging to and fro kinda... I dunno... weird.

I've always thought the vet should um... give the boy a little nip and tuck at the same time to avoid this!

Indi was just neutered at 4+ years and you can't tell he was neutered so late. No man purse to speak of. Lucky dog!

The scrotum is highly vascular and has lots of nerve endings, so its an area many vets prefer not to cut into... I think neuticles are an excellent solution to the man-purse problems, no matter how temporary it may be.

Poor boy - getting fixed as an adult is rough - leaves you with prunes between your legs!

jeez, balls are really getting the short end of the stick on this thread: being called ugly, useless, good for throwing rocks at, etc.
