Never seen anything like it, but if it was Khan he would be going to the vet.

Has he been neutered?

Does it seem painful to push on?

Hernia?

I would see a vet, if he were my boy.

This is really gross, but once my dog Ripper (RIP) ate a whole trashcan full of used tampons. All of them passed, but one, and it made a pooch in his stomach like that.

I know you've been worried because of the cow hoof. I'd guess part of it might still be in there or it's an abcess. Or something. I'm with the other two. Get to the vet.

He was neutered at 5 months.
He is eating and drinking normally.
He's having normal bm's.
He is playing and pestering everyone to tug on his rope.
He doesnt squint his eyes or flinch in any way when I squeeze on it our push it.
It isn't hard.
I dont think fat deposits look like that.

If dogs have something in their intestines..do they act completely normal?
I know pit bulls arent notorious for showing pain, but dozer is a big baby even over a sticker...and for this lump- nothing.

And it's only present when he lays on his side..
Im going to call the vet tomorrow.

It could be a hernia, in which case, the intestine can intussuscept and cause a strangulation and subsequent necrosis of that part of the intestine. I'd sure have it checked out.

It could be a lipoma, a hernia, a lymph node... the only way to know for sure is to stick a needle in it.. I'd see a vet by the end of the week.

sometimes male dogs get that weird hard "balls" thing next to their penis. Don't know what it is, but that's what the picture looks like to me.
