Haha, which is why I didn't post yet.

This is him:

Also, he tested positive for both giardia and hookworms today.

Wow-- that would explain the diarrhea. Are you treating all four dogs then?

We tested and they don't have it. I just have to make sure that I keep his potty spots and their potty spots separate. And pick up his poop if I go to the dog park with him or anything.

4 cups is a lot for TOTW. I feed my 70lb boy only 2 cups of TOTW a day.

On the hooks and giardia, just because your other dogs aren't currently shedding doesn't mean that they don't have it or haven't been recently infected. Personally with giardia I'd do a full round of treatment for everyone. I'm usually not much for pre-medication, but with a parasite that can hide as well as giardia does if you have one dog with it you can bet it's just hiding in the others.

I did some research and called just a moment ago...my other dogs are going to be treated as well.

I'm going to second the 4 cups being a lot. My active 50 lb and 70 lb couch potato both got 2 cups/day of TOTW when I fed TOTW.

*Shrug*

That's just what they eat. Malyk has always had that, even on other brands of food he has been mostly a 4 cup kind of dog.

Same here; 2-3 cups per day for my ~70 lb dog. Maybe knock the amount down a bit and see if that helps or not, or if he loses too much weight.

Oh I promise I've tried (because it costs a lot to feed so much), but they just dropped too much. I'm starting their transition onto 4Health Performance Formula now, and hopefully I will have a bigger success. It has a 30/20 protein/fat which is awesome compared to TOTW's 27/15. And I pay half the price! Lol.
