Shade Whitesel seminar

Postby jtalt7 » Tue Jul 24, 2012 10:06 pm

Anyone been to one? I just snagged a working spot for this weekend and was wondering how anyone else's experience was. Its all about shaping and building drive. My pup needs help in the building drive department.

I haven't been to a workshop with her but I have trained with Shade. She has a boat load of knowledge and is a really sweet person to boot!

Have fun!

I knew you guys would be the ones to ask! Awesome, now I am even more excited. First training seminar where I will be participating, kindaaaa nervous about making an ass out of myself.

The only way you can make an ass out of yourself is not trying! These kinds of seminars and having more than 5-10 REAL DOG people who are devoted to training around are the only reasons I hate being in such a small town. I hope you have fun!

Don't worry about that! You will do perfectly fine, as long as you put in the effort and love your dog, she will think you're the bomb

I got to audit one with her this spring, just before her competition in Columbus. I learned a ton, she's really engaging and explains thing well, and if you don't get it she'll try another way.

I've had the opportunity to train with her a few times now and she is AWESOME! I second that she explains things really well and is really nice and easy going, plus her dogs are awesome and tons of fun to watch work.
