Jumping

Hello everyone,

My 1 year old staffy, Thalia, and my newly adopted 3 year old blue nose, Cache, both jump up on people when they're excited, when they're greeting people at the door and they will both jump up and sit on your lap on the couch. It seems like no matter what technique I try, they continue jumping. Not to mention, getting everyone on the same page in my house (and visitors) is ridiculously hard at times.

What techniques have worked for you and how did you get your family and friends to be on the same page?
