Looking for the "New Paco"

Why buy from a breeder when there are plenty of homeless pups in shelters???

With all due respect, I'm not sure Betty could pass for the "pocket pit" body type we're looking for roflmao

Seriously, though, if we could find a dog that took up the same footprint as Paco but was a different solid color that would be perfect.

yeah... poor Betty. She's 56 lbs right now. Like me, she wishes she could eat all day and be slim, but it's just not happenin'

Hey, I'll put her on the Master Cleanse! roflmao

Ok enough jokes. I'm seriously keeping my eyes peeled!

I know we are far but maybe one of our outlawed pooches might be a fit?

Like our seal colored ham of a dog Bentley (blackish looking boy)

Canada is not far if it's the right dog ;)

Currently I'm stuck on this guy, have been ever since we stumbled across him last night. It's funny because I normally dislike white dogs but there's just something about him...

We're waiting on more pics and to see how he does with cats and small dogs. If he does well we may have to schedule a small road trip to go see him...

If you are feeling swamped or want someone to take a first look at him - we've got a bunch of good flyball friends down in that area.

Argh! She's a lady! Why is she a lady! :po:

Between The Roach, Muggy & Lola (who stay at the house about 2-3 days a week), and MaeMae at the studio there are too many ladies around to add another female dog. Which sucks because she's pretty much *exactly* what we're looking for (this would be about the fourth female dog I've found that perfectly fits our requirements).

And it sounds like Casper is going to be huge, though we may still go down Saturday to see just how big he really is (the woman on the phone described him as a "Big Boy" and said he'd grown a lot since that picture). We really want a smaller, more portable dog.

Hey, I originally wanted a little female dog that I could pick up easily... but wound up with big ol' Booker (who seems smaller and smaller in comparison every time I go to work!) and can't complain! lol
