Postby HAPBTR » Thu Mar 26, 2009 2:41 pm

Everyone Remember Our Awesome Aztek?

This handsome Older Blue Boy who was left at Animal Services anomalously with the saddest face on the planet? Well remember we finally found him that wonderful forever home?

Not long after his long journey to find a forever home we all received devastating news... Aztek needs a double hip replacement... His ball joints of his hips are completely out of the socket and Aztek is having a very difficult time moving now... His new family is devastated with the news, but this is not stopping them continue to support and do everything in their power to make this happen for him!

We are coming together as a family to make this happen for Aztek, but we need every ones help to make this dream a reality! Even simply $1.
00 will go so far into making this happen! We are thanking you in advance for your continual support in making our dreams come true for our dogs!

We Need Your Help To Win This!

***Update*** To give you a little update on Information, His Hip Problems was diagnosed in the end due to a Neurological issue. So before we could prepare him for that we had to go further to fix what was causing his issues as a whole. This consisted of a Spinal Tap (Along with procedure was $850.00 which was just a little below what everyone had donated in Chip In) On top of his MRI, XRAYS, Medications, Follow up Visits, Speciality Harness Etc that everyone including FVS donated for.
In the end he was not just "PTS"... He began the night before to have seizures and by morning was no longer himself. He was basically brain gone despite everything Holistic, Medical and surgical we could do.Everything we raised, hopes for, cried for, loved for and worked so hard for was used at his Dr's, for him to try to save his life and fix the issues we could to make what ended up being secondary...

I'm sorry if you did not get a full update of his story while it has been happening, but he was amazing and we are all devastated we could not save him...

You are loved Aztek, and alwways will be... We will see you again in the end my friend... It's just not soon enough...
