*Update*

Sooki was released finally from FVS and Animal Services to come make he way into Rugaz Rescue.!

She will be traveling to her foster home tomorrow evening, many more photos to come were sure!!

HOORAY for this little soldier pittie! These dogs never cease to amaze me with their forgiveness. Thanks to all who helped this poor girl out. I hope he is banned from ever owning a pet again.

Sooki is doing very well in her Foster home, and starts Heartworm Treatment next week!

Her neck is healing SOO well!

Perhaps if abuse to animals had stricter punishments there would be less chance of this to occur? then again, maybe not because we all know people who abuse animals often turn out to be serial killers. There are people that torture babies and children. It is a sick world we live in.
