New Arrival, needs positive thoughts

Why buy from a breeder when there are plenty of homeless pups in shelters???

New Arrival, needs positive thoughts

Postby violet » Sat Nov 07, 2009 7:03 pm

So, Lilly was pulled from the Kent shelter yesterday. This gal is SO incredibly sweet. The staff just adored her. Unfortunately she came with a NASTY case of kennel cough and is a very sick girl right now. Positive thoughts would be appreciated. But once she is ready to go, someone is going to get a super sweet girl. She is 50 pounds right now, should probably be 55. So a little on the big side. Has some basic obedience, walks well on a leash, passed her dog and cat test at the shelter but..we will obviously get a better idea once she is well. She is two years old. stay tuned for better pics!

yeah..she has definately had a litter or two. Fortunately she is young and should look pretty darn good being well and with a bit of weight gained.

AWww poor girl. Virgil had kennel cough so bad they were going to put him down just due to his misery had I not of put a hold on him. I think just a less stressful enviroment and home loving does wonders.
Sending vibes you way for sure!

Aww, what a cute girl. Sending her all the good vibes I can summon. Kennel cough sucks, my dog Susie was really sick with it once.

I can tell you one thing..unless you want a dog that melts under your touch and stares adoringly at you every chance she gets..this ain't the dog for you. She is still terribly sick but she had company yesterday. And I managed to get some decent pictures.
