Blaze is a 6 year old pit bull, neo mix who has NEVER been inside to be kept warm. She spent her entire life on the corner lot on which she was born(it was once a gas station). And when he Mom died (a purebred and very sweet Neo) she took over as the owners cash cow. She has had one litter after another her entire life. Now her owner has moved away and took his Neos with him. But left Blaze to fend for herself. The new owner of the lot is making sure she is fed and has shelter. But she cannot stay there forever. She lived in peace with her Neo friends. But has otherwise been unsocialized with dogs other than through the fence. She has been WELL socialized with humans as the property is, as I said, on a corner lot. Directly across the street from a big grocery store and right next to a bus stop. She loves people.
I know her owner used crates. She has never escaped her six foot chain link enclosure (nor shown any urge to). She really deserves a chance. I will go get pictures of her tomorrow. Any takers? If it helps. I knew both her father ( pit bull) and mother very well. Very nice, gentle dogs.

Good luck to her!
