American Bulldog Rescue Needed ASAP

I've just gotten word about a very pregnant American Bulldog here in Houston in an area that's been dubbed the Corridor of Cruelty. I know of EBBR, but does anyone out there know of any other AB rescues in Texas or surrounding states?
