Resi is an animal cruelty victim. She has a very sweet disposition. She's young, so there are some things she's still learning. She has taken to training very well and seems to enjoy it. I believe it would be good for her to be placed in a home without cats, although she currently lives in one with cats. She's had some pleasant interactions with the cats and none that are unpleasant but she seems TOO curious at times. She does like a good kitty litter treat every once in a while though

If an interested person had cats but was willing to really work with her-we would consider it. She seems for the most part to get along with dogs. We have two and she likes one and not the other, so any one adopting would have to be aware/able to commit to a crate and rotate life style if need be. She isn't much of a barker, but if she hears some thing that is out of the ordinary she will alert you. She's easily quieted though. We're unsure how she would do around kids as we have none. I think kids over 10 would be perfectly fine, but a lot depends on their personality/maturity. Homes with kids under ten will be considered depending on circumstances.
She's up to date on shots and prevention medication. She's been potty trained as well as crate trained. She has been chipped. Her adoption fee through the shelter will be $80, the chip is an extra $20 but we will take care of that. If someone within a reasonable distance is interested in her and needed further training we would be willing to help out for free. We are willing to transport her with in a 3 hour radius of Palm Bay. We'd really like to find a family that would be will to keep us updated on her progress-at least in the beginning. This is our first foster and we've bonded with her.
If anyone is interested or knows of someone (not on the forum) that may be interested please PM me and I will send you my contact information.
Below is a sort of blog I've been keeping about her.
