Greensboro NC anyone?

I've got some questions to ask about certain areas of Greensboro and was wondering if anyone knew the town enough to help me out. I've got a potential applicant and I'm not sure they are being upfront about where they live (renting or owning) and was wondering if I could get some info before pursuing or not pursuing the application

Thanks, the applicants haven't gotten back to me after I asked them about landlord approval. They said they owned in the application but when I google mapped the place, it looked like an apartment complex. Once I asked them if they had breed restrictions or landlord approval, they dropped contact so I guess my gut was right.
