He's a smart boy, and he does know "sit" and "down", and would benefit from further obedience classes. He would probably do best in a home with a compatible female who will want to play with a crazyboydog, and not rip him to pieces for his exuberance (and rudeness). Zoot can be cat tested if necessary, but I wouldn't be surprised if he wanted to eat them, given his terrier drive!
