Quick update on Girl:

Yesterday she went home with a nice couple. The guy was a Facebook friend of mine who'd been eyeing her for a while from my posts there, and recently bought a home and decided to pull the trigger on adopting her. Of course it's only been a day, but it's looking good -- she immediately bonded with him, and their worries about how she'd react to the cats in their home were wiped away when the meeting resulted in the cats completely ignoring her existence.

I told them to not feel they were stuck with her if things went wrong, that she would always have a place to return here, but to also show some patience with her because, I admit, I didn't do much in the way of training her. They're well aware of this, so hopefully this is her happy ending, FINALLY!
