Failed Foster

I tried to foster a bulldog/boxer mix named angus... and he is truely something spectactular. He is at a vets office who is a good friend of mine. I just feel terrible because he is stuck in a cage all day. He is a very laid back dog who is somewhat trained. He is great in the car and house broken. He learns quickly. He is roughly 5 years old and was dumped there beccause his owner got swindled and he wasn't pure so they got rid of him. If interested pm me and I will gladly introduce you to him. The only reason he didnt work is because of an issue with the minpin getting very sick and needed significant surgery. I really hope someone can help this dog is truely a great individual.
