Help a pup, get a collar!

A wonderful rescue that I work with here in IL (and adopted Stella from), Fur angels, is raising money for this 3 month old Chi x. She needs leg surgery after being hit by a car. Instead of seeking medical treatment, her "family" dropped her off at the shelter to be euth'd.
