This poor girl was found in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas which is known to be full of bad characters if you know what I mean. She can barely walk, and if she does, it's very slow. She has eaten a few bites of food and some water. The person who found her has a very small (3 month old) baby and needs help with this. Please share and cross post!
