Help me Find a Local Rescue?

Why buy from a breeder when there are plenty of homeless pups in shelters???

Check out petfinder.com!! All rescues post adoptables on there and you can search by your location. I'm not familiar with CA, but many here are and can probably recommend some really good rescues near you. Be sure to read the sticky on the differences between rescues, shelters, SPCA and ASPCA, as it may help you decide who you'd rather adopt/donate to.

Thank you for wanting to adopt!! So many great dogs in shelters and rescues.

Here is a Link lising dogs available in Corona, CA near you. We adopted one of our females from the Corona Animal Shelter.

This link is for the Santa Ana, CA area also near by. We have adopted 2 dogs from the Orange County Animal Shelter in Santa Ana, CA. It is a large facility and there are always several Pit Bulls in need of a loving home.

Good luck on your search and let us know about the new, lucky family member.

awww isn't "kennel 19" a doll in the first shelter- I know you want a puppy and that's cool but adults are great too b/c you have a better sense of personality and bonding does happen.... but I wish you luck whatever your choice :)
