If you will take him, maybe Silly can adopt him, then we can have him flown to you?

We've started up collections before, and been quite successful!

I could take him, thats not an issue at all. My husband and I just bought a house with a great backyard and I am foster-free at the moment. I have my two females but they get along with males and puppies so that is what Im pretty limited to foster.

Let me know what I need to do and ill do it.

I would adopt him in a heartbeat if we can get him up to you
The org. whom website he is on might even be able to help with the transport. They have transported before, I will check with them.

Does that mean he wants to eat them or does he just like to chase them? I've worked with dogs that like to chase and have been successful, and our cat is pretty fast.

He has a high prey drive--I don't think he would eat them, but I won't say that he would'nt ya know :frown: I'll ask if he's ever lived with cats, or they just made that evaluation based on his reactions to smaller animals like birds, squirrels etc...

They tested him with an actual cat at the shelter and he did not do very well :frown: his prey drive is too strong.

That's too bad. It wouldn't work for us or him.

Oh no! Grrrrr I guess I didnt remember to ask about the cat thing.

So he didnt do well at all meaning he tried to what? If I got claification on exactly what it might be something I could address. Moxie (my dog) has a very high prety drive and now lives with our two cats happily. The two cats are older (16 and 8 ) and do not ever want to leave our bedroom or our bed.

I guess what im saying is that if he is ok with cats, that is managable. The cats have their space, the dogs have theirs and as long as he wouldnt be agressively trying to dig at the bedroom door to get them, we could manage.

Any ideas?
